1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DeNiro Card ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service
- If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent
3. Account & Virtual Currency
- Virtual coins are an in-app currency used for gameplay purposes only
- Virtual coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, sold, or transferred for cash or goods
- Virtual coins are non-transferable between accounts
- Coins are earned through gameplay, daily challenge rewards, and promotional offers
- We reserve the right to modify coin balances, earn rates, and bonuses at any time
- Unused coins do not accrue interest and have no expiration date unless your account is terminated
- Accounts found manipulating coin balances may be suspended or terminated
4. Daily Challenge Reward
- All users receive one (1) free daily challenge reward per calendar day (resets at midnight UTC)
- Challenge rewards are determined by a weighted random selection algorithm at the time each reward is claimed
- Consecutive daily claims build a streak multiplier (up to 5x), which is applied to virtual-coin rewards only
- All rewards are awarded in virtual coins only and have no real-world monetary value
- Animations and visual effects are for entertainment purposes only and do not indicate increased likelihood of any particular outcome
- Reward structure, odds, and available rewards may change without prior notice
- DeNiro Card reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Daily Challenge Reward at any time
- This feature is play-for-fun only — no real money, no wagering, no cashouts
5. Fair Play
- All players are expected to compete fairly and honestly
- The use of bots, scripts, automation tools, or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
- Multi-accounting (operating more than one account) is prohibited
- DeNiro Card employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity
- Violations of the fair play policy will result in account suspension and permanent ban from the Service
- Players may report suspected cheating to jesse@niroaerial.com
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automation tools
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
- Create multiple accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Use the Service for any illegal activity
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, and trademarks in DeNiro Card are owned by NIRO Corp. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific outcomes in games.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeNiro Card shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Account Deletion
- You may delete your account at any time from the Profile panel within the app
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- Upon deletion, all account data, game history, virtual coins, and progress will be permanently removed
11. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, virtual coins and progress will be forfeited.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
