Terms of Service

DeNiro Card, operated by NIRO Corp · Last updated August 31, 2026

By playing DeNiro Card on the web or in our apps, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Entertainment only

DeNiro Card is a collection of classic card, board, and dice games provided for entertainment only. It is a game of skill and luck played for fun — nothing here is an investment, a financial product, or a way to make money.

Coins and virtual items

Coins are virtual items with NO cash or real-world value. They cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for money, prizes, or anything outside DeNiro Card. No real-money wagering takes place anywhere in DeNiro Card. For adult players 18+.

There is one coin wallet per protected account or purchase-created device wallet. A no-profile device wallet may hold a verified ordinary coin-pack balance and use those purchased coins only for stake reservations and settlements in server-authoritative Regular Solo/bot games on that same device. It cannot use Online/social multiplayer, claim welcome, sign-in, daily, hourly, ad, or level rewards, use Premium, manage or buy profile cosmetics, reset a password, export or delete a protected account, or sync and Restore across devices until it is protected. It does have the separate permanent Remove this device wallet control described below. After protection, the same User ID and server-confirmed balance gain the protected-account features described here. Coins are not currency. We may correct balances for provider-confirmed reversals or revocations, fraud, abuse, cheating, or ledger errors.

A protected account is required for Online play and protected-account features, but not for purchased same-device Solo play. A signed-out visitor may browse the game catalog and shop. On supported native apps, tapping one fixed ordinary coin pack may create a no-profile device wallet immediately before the store billing sheet; opening the Shop or loading prices never creates one. Premium, every free reward, profiles, protected-account export/deletion, and cross-device sync and Restore require a protected account. Protecting a device wallet with email, Apple, or Google keeps the same User ID and balance rather than copying or merging coins.

Before each coin-bearing game, the app shows the exact stake. New stakes are whole play-coin amounts from 10,000 through the verified live wallet balance, subject to the displayed VIP requirement and the service's lossless technical ceiling. When a game begins, that amount is reserved once. A completed loss loses that stake. After activation, a deliberate confirmed quit, an expired reconnect/drop, or a third consecutive missed Online turn loses the reserved stake plus a play-coin abandonment surcharge equal to 10% of the stake, rounded to the nearest whole coin with half coins rounded up. The first two missed Online turns use server safe auto-play without surcharge, and any valid human action resets the consecutive-miss count. An ordinary Solo turn expiry loses the reserved stake but adds no abandonment surcharge. The confirmation names the stake, surcharge, and total before an intentional quit. Once an Online seat is abandoned, a server bot controls it so the table can finish, but the abandoned account receives no payout or returned stake on a draw even if that bot or team later wins; its canonical would-be share is removed from the pot rather than redistributed. Active winners receive only their normal canonical shares. If both partners on one team abandon, the other team wins immediately. If the post-reservation wallet cannot cover the complete surcharge, the available play coins are used and the remaining play-coin shortfall is automatically offset from later coin credits. This is not a currency charge and never starts a store purchase. Leaving during the server-owned pre-deal 3-2-1 countdown returns the full reservation with no surcharge. Coin-bearing solo play continuously shows the current turn deadline and warns before it reaches zero; an interrupted session shows the remaining durable reconnect window. Closing or quitting a supported native desktop app while a reservation exists requires an explicit forfeit confirmation and a server-confirmed result. A draw or canceled table returns the reservation only to non-abandoned seats. Stakes and abandonment surcharges are settled only by the authoritative game service; players cannot direct a cash or outside-app transfer.

Purchases

Where offered, six fixed coin packs are consumable purchases credited to one protected-account or device wallet only after server verification; each pack grants the exact amount displayed before purchase and each verified receipt can credit exactly once. A purchase-created device wallet contains no email, name, phone number, or profile. It may play purchased-coin Solo games on the same device, but must be protected for Online play, rewards, Premium, profile/cosmetic management, protected-account export/deletion, or cross-device sync and Restore. The historical Extra Spin product is unavailable for new purchase and is retained only to reconcile an eligible older receipt. Native-app prices and currencies are supplied by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store and may vary by storefront. Purchases offered on denirocard.com are a separate Stripe website offer, displayed and billed in USD, bound to the protected DeNiro account signed in at checkout, and recorded in the same account ledger. Buying from one processor does not create billing rights in another.

Where offered, Premium VIP is an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription. While active, monthly Premium provides 2× daily bonuses and 2× level progress, while yearly Premium provides 3× daily bonuses and 3× level progress; both provide an approximately 2,000,000-coin stipend per active monthly entitlement period, high-roller-table access, a Premium-only table and deck, and 10 selectable name emojis. The selected emoji preference is remembered on the signed-in account but appears only while the server confirms an active subscription. Premium does not provide cash value, prizes, better cards, altered random outcomes, or protection from losses. Renewal continues until canceled with the processor that billed it. Manage or cancel renewal with the processor that billed it; Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed in that store's subscription settings. The current Microsoft Store release offers one-time coin packs and does not sell a Premium subscription. Restore Purchases re-checks eligible store-provider purchases and does not duplicate a stipend period.

New-purchase availability is specific to the app version and storefront. Registering a product for price lookup, validation, or restoration does not mean that the current version offers it for a new sale.

A retired legacy Premium unlock may still be restored but is not newly sold. Premium and eligible historical nonconsumables can be re-checked only for a protected account with the same store account on the same store platform. Restore never creates a device wallet or a new owner UUID. An existing device wallet may recover only its own unfinished ordinary coin-pack transaction; a consumed coin-pack is never restored as a second grant. Stripe website billing is managed through Stripe; store billing is managed under the applicable store's policies.

Device-wallet retention and removal. A protected-account credential has a 150-day inactivity limit. A purchase-created device wallet is not automatically removed merely because that period passes, so purchased coins are not silently stranded; it remains usable only while the live canonical anonymous user and device-wallet binding revalidates, including after more than 150 days. A failed, missing, or mismatched binding fails closed and does not silently credit value. You may choose the two-step Remove this device wallet action at any time. Removal permanently forfeits every remaining coin after the server safely returns or cancels any active Solo reservation, then hard-deletes the anonymous authentication user and operational wallet identity. Only minimum pseudonymous receipt-replay, provider refund or reversal, fraud, accounting, settlement, and deletion tombstones remain. The app clears its local credential only after the server confirms the exact deletion; an ambiguous failure retains it and retries the same removal-request UUID.

Coins can never move back to money. No coin may be sold, gifted for real-world value, redeemed, withdrawn, cashed out, or exchanged for money, prizes, or outside-app goods or services. Coins have utility only inside DeNiro Card for simulated-game stakes and virtual items. Purchased coins do not expire while the wallet remains available, but a player who confirms permanent device-wallet removal forfeits that wallet's remaining coins.

Refunds

Purchases are subject to the billing processor's refund rules. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NIRO generally does not approve voluntary refund or credit requests for consumed coins, unused features, account suspension for violating these terms, or dissatisfaction. Purchases billed by Apple, Google, or Microsoft use that store's billing and refund process, which we do not control. Stripe website billing questions and voluntary refund requests can be sent to DeNiro Card Support. A processor-approved refund, provider revocation, payment reversal, or chargeback can remove the corresponding virtual value or create account debt. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

Bonuses and promotions

Free promotional rewards—including the welcome grant, first-sign-in grant, daily spin, hourly claim, and level rewards—are not purchases, cost nothing to receive, and carry no cash value. Each reward is granted by the server under its published eligibility rules and cannot be multiplied by editing device data. A purchase never improves cards, dice, matchmaking, or a game's random outcome. Promotions may be changed, adjusted for abuse, or ended at any time, and are void where prohibited.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support first — honest billing problems get fixed. Initiating a fraudulent or abusive chargeback (disputing a charge you authorized and received) is a violation of these terms: to the extent permitted by law, we may suspend or terminate the associated access, forfeit associated virtual items and entitlements, dispute the chargeback with our records, and recover our reasonable costs.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to multiplayer, purchases, or the app for violating these terms, for fraud or abuse, or where required by law. You may stop using the app at any time. The refunds, no-cash-value, liability, indemnity, chargeback, and arbitration sections survive termination.

Binding arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the app that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Fulton County, Georgia (with the option to appear remotely), rather than in court — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse. You and NIRO CORP each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. You may opt out by emailing support@denirocard.com with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to sue in your local courts, nothing here removes that right.

Fair play

Don't cheat, collude, exploit bugs, automate play in live tables, manipulate matchmaking, or harass other players. Public Online matchmaking pairs compatible players at random. Bot tables use the competitive difficulty you select; no mode reads purchase history or secretly changes cards, dice, or results to force a win or loss.

The service

DeNiro Card is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may update, change, or discontinue games or features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIRO CORP and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the app; our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NIRO CORP and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the app or your violation of these terms, any law, or any third-party right. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, with exclusive venue in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, except where mandatory law provides otherwise; the refunds, liability, and indemnity sections survive termination.
