Gameplay help
Open any game and tap ? for its short rules and controls. If a table stops responding, return to the game list and start a new table. Include the game name, device model, operating-system version, and what happened when you contact us.
Online play
Online public matchmaking pairs you with random compatible players. The exact coin stake is shown before you join and is reserved only after the authenticated game service accepts your seat. If you disconnect, reopen Online promptly to resume the same session. If you forfeit or the reconnect window expires, you lose only the stake already reserved for that table—never an extra quit penalty. Do not put personal information in a display name.
During a coin-bearing Practice or Regular game, keep the server countdown visible in the game header. It announces every human-turn deadline, changes to an explicit warning near expiry, and shows the remaining reconnect window after an interruption. If a supported desktop app asks to confirm a forfeit when you close or quit, choose Keep Playing to return to the table or wait for the server-confirmed result before the app exits. If the connection drops, use Reconnect Secure Table; do not start a replacement table.
Purchases and restores
Where a paid build is approved, native apps use Apple App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store for fixed coin packs, a separately labeled Extra Spin consumable, and monthly/yearly Premium VIP. Localized price and currency come from that store. A separate denirocard.com offer, when open, is processed by Stripe and displays USD prices. Every purchase requires the recoverable DeNiro account before checkout so the single wallet, receipt, refund, and entitlement stay bound to the correct owner. Monthly VIP provides 2× daily bonuses and level progress; yearly VIP provides 3×. Both include the disclosed recurring stipend and other VIP benefits while the server confirms the subscription is active.
Use Restore Purchases in a native app to re-check eligible purchases from that same store account; a consumed purchase is never granted twice. To manage or cancel a Stripe website VIP, sign in to the DeNiro account and choose Manage Stripe website VIP. Apple, Google, and Microsoft subscriptions must be managed in the store account that billed them. Deleting a DeNiro account cancels an exact account-bound Stripe website subscription before deletion can finish, but it cannot cancel a store subscription. Cancel store renewal separately before deleting the account.
For a billing problem, include the platform or website and the processor receipt ID, but never send a card number, password, sign-in code, or store-account password. If checkout, receipt verification, or the billing portal is unavailable, no client-side code grants coins or VIP—try again later or email support.
Privacy and legal
Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. A recoverable DeNiro account is optional for zero-stake guest training and required for the single coin wallet, coin-bearing games, coin packs, and Premium. Account deletion is available from the signed-in account panel and the public account-deletion page.
