Gameplay help

Open any game and tap ? for its short rules and controls. If a table stops responding, return to the game list and start a new table. Include the game name, device model, operating-system version, and what happened when you contact us.

Online play

Online public matchmaking pairs you with random compatible players. Each player is shown only as a random, non-editable Player-XXXXXX alias; there are no custom names or chat messages. The exact coin stake is shown before you join and is reserved only after the authenticated game service accepts your seat. New stakes start at 10,000 whole play coins and cannot exceed the freshly verified wallet balance. If you disconnect, reopen Online promptly to resume the same session. After activation, a deliberate confirmed quit, expired reconnect/drop, or third consecutive missed Online turn loses the reserved stake plus a 10% play-coin abandonment surcharge. The first two missed Online turns auto-play safely with no surcharge, and any valid human action resets the miss count. Ordinary Solo turn expiry loses the stake only and adds no surcharge. An abandoned Online seat becomes a bot so the table can finish, but that account receives no later payout or returned stake on a draw; its normal would-be share is removed rather than given to another player. If both partners on one team abandon, the other team wins immediately. If the wallet is short after an abandonment, later coin credits offset the remaining play-coin amount; this never creates a money charge or store purchase. Leaving during the server-owned pre-deal 3-2-1 countdown returns the complete stake with no surcharge.

During a coin-bearing bot or Online game, keep the server countdown visible in the game header. It announces every human-turn deadline, changes to an explicit warning near expiry, and shows the remaining reconnect window after an interruption. If a supported desktop app asks to confirm a forfeit when you close or quit, choose Keep Playing to return to the table or wait for the server-confirmed result before the app exits. If the connection drops, use Reconnect Secure Table; do not start a replacement table.

Purchases and restores

Where a paid build is approved, Apple apps and Google Play use their native stores for six fixed coin packs and monthly/yearly Premium VIP. The current Windows release uses Microsoft Store for the six fixed coin packs only; it does not sell a new Premium subscription. Localized price and currency come from the store shown on the device. Opening the Shop or loading prices creates no account. On supported native builds, tapping a fixed ordinary coin pack while signed out may create a no-profile device wallet immediately before billing so the verified receipt has one durable owner. After verification, that wallet may spend its purchased coins only for stake reservations and settlements in server-authoritative Regular Solo games on the same device. Choose Protect & Sync before Online play, free rewards, Premium, profile features, protected-account export/deletion, or cross-device sync and Restore. Protection keeps the same User ID and balance. Premium always requires a protected DeNiro account. Monthly VIP provides 2× daily bonuses and level progress; yearly VIP provides 3×. Both include the disclosed recurring stipend and other VIP benefits while the server confirms the subscription is active. The historical Extra Spin product is not offered for a new purchase; it remains recognized only to reconcile an eligible older receipt.

Use Restore Purchases in a native app to re-check eligible purchases for the same store account and existing protected DeNiro account; Restore never creates a new wallet or grants a consumed purchase twice. An unprotected device wallet can recover only its own unfinished ordinary coin-pack transaction while its same secure device session remains available; it cannot use cross-device Restore or restore Premium. Manage or cancel a subscription with the processor that billed it. Manage Stripe website VIP from the authenticated DeNiro account, which opens Stripe's hosted billing portal. Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be managed in that store account. The current Microsoft Store coin packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Deleting a protected DeNiro account cannot cancel a store subscription, so cancel store renewal separately before deleting the account.

For a billing problem or voluntary refund request, include the platform or website and the processor receipt ID, but never send a card number, password, sign-in code, or store-account password. NIRO generally does not approve voluntary refunds for consumed virtual value or dissatisfaction, but provider-approved reversals, chargebacks, and rights required by applicable law still apply. If checkout, receipt verification, or the billing portal is unavailable, no client-side code grants coins or VIP. Try again later or email support.

Privacy and legal

Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. A fixed ordinary native coin-pack purchase may create a no-profile device wallet that can spend those purchased coins in same-device Solo play. A protected DeNiro account is required for Online play, all free rewards, Premium, profile features, protected-account export/deletion, and recovery across supported devices. Signed-out visitors can browse the game catalog and shop; opening either creates no wallet. Account deletion is available for protected accounts from the signed-in account panel and the public account-deletion page.

Remove a device wallet

An unprotected purchase-created wallet has a separate two-step Remove this device wallet action in its account panel. It is not removed merely because a protected-account credential would reach the 150-day inactivity limit; before use, including after more than 150 days, its live anonymous user and device-wallet binding must revalidate. Removal is permanent: the server safely returns or cancels an active Solo reservation first, then deletes the anonymous sign-in and operational wallet identity, and every coin left in the wallet is lost. Only minimum pseudonymous receipt-replay, provider refund or reversal, fraud, accounting, settlement, and deletion records remain. If the app cannot confirm removal because of a network, timeout, or ambiguous response, it keeps the local session and retries the same removal request rather than silently deleting access or starting a second request.

If you used Sign in with Apple, DeNiro Card verifies that exact Apple identity and asks Apple to revoke its provider credential before your DeNiro sign-in identity is removed. If Apple cleanup is missing, mismatched, unavailable, or ambiguous, deletion stops and asks you to verify with Apple again or retry; a manual follow-up is not treated as successful deletion. This does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel store renewal separately in the Apple Account that was billed.
