Delete your DeNiro Card account

DeNiro Card is provided by NIRO Corp. You can permanently delete your account from iOS, Android, or this web page without reinstalling the app.

Remove an unprotected device wallet

If an ordinary native coin-pack purchase created a no-profile device wallet, it has no email address or password. On the original app and device, open Account, choose Remove this device wallet, review the permanent-coin-loss warning, and confirm the second removal step. The secure local wallet credential is the ownership proof, so this public web page cannot open that wallet from a different browser.

Removal safely returns or cancels an active Solo reservation first, then permanently forfeits every coin left in the wallet and deletes the anonymous authentication user and operational wallet identity. Only minimum pseudonymous receipt-replay, provider refund or reversal, fraud, accounting, settlement, and deletion records remain. The app clears its local credential only after the server confirms the exact request; an ambiguous response retries the same request UUID. If the original device or secure session is unavailable, email support@denirocard.com with the store platform and processor receipt identifier to request support-assisted ownership verification. Never send a password, one-time code, card number, or store-account credential.

Delete a protected account from the app or web

1. Tap Open account controls above, or open Account in the app.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Select Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm Permanently delete.

If you cannot sign in, email support@denirocard.com from the account email address. We will verify ownership before acting on the request. Never send a password, one-time code, card number, or store-account credential.

Facebook sign-in is not offered in the current release. If it is offered later, removing DeNiro Card through Facebook will submit a signed provider request that deletes the linked DeNiro account without requiring an email address. The returned status link contains only an opaque confirmation code.

What deletion removes

Deletion closes the authentication account, ends active Premium benefits, returns unresolved held play coins, and removes or irreversibly de-identifies profile, reward streak, level, cosmetic, display-name, and non-audit gameplay data. The deleted account cannot sign in, resume play, transfer coins, or be restored.

Billing is processor-specific. Before deletion finishes, the server must confirm cancellation of any exact website subscription bound to this DeNiro account. Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions are controlled by the store account that billed you and cannot be canceled by deleting DeNiro data. Cancel those store renewals separately before deleting the account. The current Microsoft Store coin packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

Limited records that may remain

Provider receipt references, purchase/reversal/dispute records, fraud-prevention signals, wallet events, and game-settlement audit entries may remain linked only to a locked deleted-account tombstone where applicable law, store rules, chargeback handling, security, or ledger integrity requires them. They are not used to recreate the account or resume play and are removed or irreversibly de-identified when the applicable obligation ends. Aggregated analytics are not account-linked; crash reports are normally kept about 90 days and aggregate counts about 13 months.

Timing

The automated signed-in flow closes the account immediately after the server confirms deletion. A support-assisted request may take additional time for ownership verification and completion. We will explain any legally required delay or retained category that applies to your request.
